Hi, I'm Mike. I'm a Senior Engineering Manager at Qonto in Berlin. Most of my working hours are spent doing a mix of growing people and building software.
Outside of that, I care a lot about creativity and careers, and especially how the two can fit together without too much compromise. I (occasionally) host a podcast called Imperfect Creatives where I talk to people from all kinds of creative fields about exactly that.
